The essence of Digital Electronic Reliability lies in the absence of moving parts. The processor or "brain" has no moving parts. Therefore, we can expect a long trouble free life of service. The fact that it uses so little power (48 watts during maneovers & 2 watts under way) at perhaps periods of only 3 seconds at a time, and also, at the low voltage of 12/24 volts, means that no stress or heat is generated. Even commercial aircraft and some cars are now depending on the reliability of "fly by wire" controls. This technology is here to stay because it is dependable.

Should a fault occur, phone for a replacement board. and it can be posted that day. Installation can be carried out without the aid of a technician.

The fault will be diagnosed by a digital readout on the board. That number can be quoted to our office to confirm the need for the replacement. Components other than the P.C. board can also be similarly exchanged. This approach to maintenance reduces much of the problems created by time and distance.

The warranty period of one year (two years if installed by one of our dealers) starting from the purchase date.The warranty covers the purchaser against faulty components only. Be sure to return the completed guarantee application form after purchase.
